The first move of my Capstone essay focuses on how the notion of a universe beyond Earth has sparked people’s curiosity ever since ancient times. For my second move, I analyzed the criticism that space exploration faces today given the implications of sending costly missions to space and what humans get out of these missions. Conversely, my third move looks at the purpose of space exploration and arguments for continuing the space program in years to come. Lastly, my last move examines the future of space exploration technologies and upcoming milestones yet to be reached by humans.
